Pros

Good market share and mostly helpful and friendly employees. On site cafe is pretty good and reasonably priced.

Cons

Very disorganized. Matrix management confusion. Information sharing is very much lacking. One Engineering Lead was fond of trash talking other employees and was fond of evaluating performance based on a few hours of work. New parent company and larger Sister company with whom MorphoTrust was merged seem to likely to make things worse not better.
