Excellent pay. Generous PTO. Very supportive environment. Leadership is hands on and encouraging. The company is a long standing service industry leader, a very well oiled machine. You are given every resource you need to be successful in both your career and personal development. Help is around every corner, with many in my department eager to assist eachother. It’s a celebration culture focused on your wins. Expectations are fair and compensation comes in many forms (treats, money, PTO, WFH, and general praise/recognition) Being on the team is a privilege. I’m happy to be here.

When you come to work at Morris Jenkins, you don't come to a "job". You come to a lifestyle that you enjoy waking up to every day. The people, the support, the emphasis on growth, bettering your life and the lives of other. You won't ever find any other place like it. The saying is "if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life" and Morris Jenkins is the place to do what you love and be surrounded by people who feel the same. I am fortunate to work at a place where the only expectation is "people helping people". That's what we do!
