Pros

I have been working at Morris-Jenkins Heating and Air full-time (Less than a year.) Within my short time of working for the company I have noticed this is a family orientated company. Everyone is very knowledgeable and open to helping you succeed. At Morris Jenkins they want you to be successful because they know it will make them successful. I've already had the opportunity to move departments to a different position, allowing me to improve my quality of life, improve my technical skills and create new opportunities for advancement. I highly recommend working for this company. I wake up every morning excited to go to work.

Cons

Takes time to understand the industry. This isn't something you learn overnight.

Cons

Too much of a "good old boy" network. Was once told by a director when describing a gay employee, "God will sort it out in the end."

Great job the company all ways put the customer first. We trained the technicians to be the best.

Cons

Not enough hours in a day to handle all the problems for that day.
