Pros
One of the best Manager I've ever worked for. Down to earth. Easy to talk to and understand. A great crew to work with. They actually care about what they're doing. Who they're doing it for. When asked to stay a little later than the required time, they don't mind. Whether we can stay or not, we do it . Because we love what we do and the people we work around.
Cons
High employee turn around. Some come and go too quickly. Mostly because they want to continue their education. Instead of letting them go completely. They are encouraged to stay on as needed/ part timer. The manager calls them if we are short handed. Catering Assoc./ Cashiers/ Servers and floor shockers are some of the jobs that are fast rotational. The new generation of young adults doesn't have the work ethics of the older generation. or the will to work. Unfortunately they are a lazier, and need more pushing and time, to get the job done.
