      -Benefits -Opportunities associated with a large organization

      Cons

      -Lack of executive leadership -Executive leadership will blame the unit level rather than accepting they provided zero leadership to begin with -WAY too much red tape -RDOs should be reorganized into Regional Finance Directors. No real operational guidance -Finger pointing -Zero work/life balance -Expectations of getting from A to Z without offering any guidance

      This company has many opportunities

      The last reviews have come from Morrison Management. I have no doubt that they were asked to give a good review. The company has done a good job of avoiding the "Best Practice" in healthcare. Front line employees are treated like a burden. Are not valued and treated with distrust. This Culture is set by the Senior Leaders and is preventing the company from being the best.

      Opportunity for upward movement, big company with many accounts nationwide, competitive salary, it's a good company with an inspirational mission to be dedicated to providing exceptional food for wellness of our customers and the communities in which we work.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lack of communication within accounts, not enough association with upper management, need more incentives - seems to be an imbalance between increasing demands on employees and compensation.
