      Pros

      We have always been given the tools needed to complete any task given. Morrison is constantly training staff and updating staff on new regulations.

      Cons

      I feel upper management does not pay close enough attention to managers they hire, sometimes it feels like they just want to fill the positions. the medical benefits with this company are the absolute worst I have ever had, when you work in medical your benefits should not cost as much as a pay check.

      Very conducive to a good work/life balance.

      In my opinion there is no downside. Very happy with my role and I look forward to extend my tenure with the company as long as possible.

      Pros

      I wish that I knew about Morrison years ago. One of the most solid companies in the nation. Work life balance is one of the reasons I stayed in this company. Great people to work with through out all the accounts. There is nothing in life is guaranteed however working with Morrison you always have a job, and have a great chance to move up the ladder.
