      They pay for your licensure, liability insurance, professional organizations, CDEs and professional development. They are also good at keeping you up to date on policies and procedures and the newest guidelines available.

      Cons

      There is a lot of quality assurance and paper work each day and month. Working for as a contract consultant you must to the quality for both Morrison and the contractor.
