      Morrison Healthcare is one of the largest foodservice providers in the country so this allows many employment opportunities across the country. There are a large number of resources available at your fingertips, regional support in management and the company has an excellent reputation. They also have a very competitive benefits package available to full time associates. Several upper management leaders have tremendous longevity with the company. Morrison leaders care about their associates well being.

      Cons

      Morrison Healthcare is a wonderful company that cares about their associates. However, due to the fact that they are the leading company in food services in Health care, they have very high standards and strict practices that are often challenging to reach and maintain. Because of this, work days can be long.

      Morrison Healthcare has provided lots of resources and tools to help me do my job. They are goal-oriented. They provide challenges which is key to career growth. They recognize job performance. They provide education and career growth opportunities. They recognize and support the balance of work and life.

      Cons

      One downside is they haven't found an alternative dietitian staff to provide coverage for vacations & paid time off.
