If you want to work a lot and not get credit then this is the job for you. They take take take but don't give. They always want you to go the extra mile but If you aren't one of there pets, you won't get recognized for it. They let people who have been there forever get away with stuff that you should be fired for on the spot.

Cons

Everything. No team work, management sucks.

It always helps to have another associate helping but one can handle it. If I ever felt negative for a moment I just reminded myself about the benefits Compass is giving me and that I am not indispensable. With over nine million people who are unemployed and for me. The money I am making I am grateful!!!

Pros

Good hours and generally nice people to work with. Most days are relatively easy compared to some other high paced cooking jobs.

Cons

You are not going to be paid much or receive many raises. Benefits are mostly non existent or unaffordable. Not really oppurtunities for advancement but they will tell you there are. Some accounts are much better then others. The "others" are kinda depressing places to work.
