Pros

Maybe certain departments or positions were treated with dignity but not the support staff.

Cons

Management had lack of integrity regarding support staff and upholding the values they said to be important in the company.

Pros

The residents are amazing. I worked in the Alzheimers unit and all of the residents were mobile. They are happy and otherwise healthy. It's like visiting your grandparents at their homes each time you step into their private rooms that are set up like apartments. I love that it's a home feel and not institutional. They even have a private chef and salon.

Cons

The pay could be better. Can get stressful if a patient falls or get hurt or fall ill.
