Pros

Very satisfying to be a part of a company that is dedicated to the well-being of their residents and rehab clients. i was always proud to tell others who I worked for.

Cons

Occasionally, management fails to recognize that the overall success of the organization depends on the caring staff.

Pros

Cheap food. New improvements. Kosher

Cons

Terrible place to work for. Be prepared to be treated like a slave who is not allowed to take leave without practically having to beg and be investigated even when there is a death in the family. If you are not in the "in" crowd or buddy buddy with superiors forget about even trying to work here and leave.
