Cons

Morse before your family, Morse before your family & workload takes 100% of your day, leaving the balance of work/life inhumane.

Training makes a big difference

Pros

I like that MorseLife emphasizes training and development at work. Not many companies offer training and that is a big reason I like my job. I can get my mandatory CEUs and learn how to be a better manager right on the MorseLife learning website. I love it!

Cons

We have a lot of courses online, but I wish that we had more classroom training. The online stuff is really good and always helpful, but I can't ask questions about specific issues in my department.

MorseLife Health System truly cares about its employees. MorseLife has created an environment where you are rewarded for hard work and encourages career development through an in-house Learning Institute available to all employees! If you want to succeed, MorseLife is the place to come and express your inner greatness.

Cons

MorseLife is growing like crazy. The tremendous growth is exciting but it keeps the pressure on to perform day in and day out. They do everything they can to help you be successful but it isn't always easy.
