Pros

I have been at Morse for approx. 6 months. Each day is a positive experience. My coworkers across all entities are supportive and willing to help. It is definitely a team based environment. It is a beautiful campus, which makes it a pleasure to come to work. The company also provides a great wellness program and employee benefit program.

Cons

This really is not a "con" but days are very, very busy. It would be helpful to have more help within certain departments, like adding more people. The company is growing rapidly and I hope more headcount will be available in the future.

The director of training is great. He really tries. Great coworkers.

Management does not care about employees. The H.R department is not very knowledgeable and unapproachable
