MorseLife offers lots of benefits and support to their employees. They do plenty of events to celebrate/appreciate their workers. It's generally a good working environment with friendly co-workers.

Cons

The culinary host position doesn't provide any challenges. It's a repetitive job and doesn't provide much growth, which may be the reason for the high turnover rate.
