      Excellent culture and atmosphere Talented people to learn from

      Cons

      Training was unorganized/non-existent due to pace of project. If you don’t thrive in “sink or swim” situations it will be tough. Not a lot of guidance as to where to look to be ahead of the “huddles” and other meetings. If you’re proactive and take it upon yourself to learn what you need you’ll catch on.
