      Best people to work with, and great projects. Leadership is very supportive and wants you to succeed in your role.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be challenging. Some days are very long and sometimes feels like your work is your life.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity in the energy groups; great benefits and compensation; family values; if you are a good employee and demonstrate Mortenson values they will take care of you!!

      Cons

      With rapid growth come some growing pains. Your individual experience at Mortenson can depend heavily on your immediate supervisor, most are are great, others could work on their leadership skills. My advice to new hires push through the first supervisor if it's not great, most are really great, and want you to be successful.
