Plenty of passionate people at Mortenson, plenty of room for growth, and great benefits for the most part. If you're willing to travel for certain groups there is a great living stipend. Plenty of smart people to help you grow and plenty of opportunity to choose a path. Management actually cares and gets to know you.

Cons

Typical long hours, high stress for a job. Not a big heads up on where the next project destination is but that's part of the travel package. Can feel like a number at times, being caught up in the shuffle.
