Communication can be lacking. Little positive reinforcement or recognition. Often don't know what's going on on a project unless directly involved with scope.

Pros

Everyday was different and challenging. I loved the staff and the kindness and generosity they showed me. I had never seen such hard, positive workers like that before.

Cons

I had to work some weekends, but it was my choice to do so. It was seasonal job and I wanted to continue employment but you have to relocate.
