      Pros

      - generous vacation time for field workers (6 weeks/year) - friendly co-workers - newly remodeled head office - extensive training - performance-based evaluations and promotions

      Cons

      - long hours in the field ( sometimes as many as 12 hours a day) - fairly intense work environment on-site

      Pros

      Management is dedicated to safety, quality, and productivity -- company provides great benefits to employees as well. Hours are long, but it's construction -- got to get done what needs to get done. Overall a great, reputable company to work for.

      Cons

      Lots of travel (this may be a pro for some people), long hours, keeping up with cutting edge technology does not appear to be a main focus for the company.

      Pros

      Management is approachable, most everyone is easy to get along with. Great respect and care for employees - safety is a priority. Good benefits. Family-owned business with family-oriented management ensures work-life balance is maintained. Great reputation and legacy.

      Cons

      Conservative leadership is not always as open to change as they need to be. Communication between various levels of management could be better.
