      Pros

      terrific people; strong leadership; fiscally responsible and stable; solid systems and processes in place; opportunities for career development and growth; good salary and benefits; proud to work for this company; highly respected in construction industry

      Cons

      culture in department where i worked: everyone worked through lunch (ate lunch at desk); worked long hours (on average about 50+ hours a week) with no extra compensation or time off (even when occassional 60-70+ hour workweek was required to get the job done).

      Great co-workers, freindly place to work.

      Cons

      Work / Life balance is challenging when on the road full time (time off vs. hours per week put in is not equal). Subsistance package on the road is average or below average to what other companies are paying whom ask employees to travel full time on the road. No OT pay when working over 40, 50, 60, 70, or even 80 hours a WEEK.
