Decent company. Decent leadership. Poor company wide communication and consistency.

Cons

Zero growth opp. Communication on projects is non existent across the company. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing. Women aren’t given the opportunity that men are. I started at the same time as two men who have since moved up twice and I have yet to get the chance to “own” anything. No consistency from group to group
