Pros

Ability to learn new skills with possible raises

Cons

This company is huge on favoritism/nepotism, I've also watched people be fired for disagreeing with management. Family/friends being hired and earning more than people who have been there longer while also having less experience. A point system for attendance that is basically based on how much your supervisor likes you. Raises that are also based on "performance" but is also basically how much your supervisor/management likes you. In the 2 years I worked there they changed the schedule 3-4 times from Five 8 hour work days to Four 10s, and from there they changed it to Five 10s to end up working Five 10s and a mandatory Saturday that was 8 hours. Its somewhere that I would call a place holder until you can find a better job.
