Pros

Treat the owner like the God that he believes he is & you’ll go up the ladder fast.

Cons

Extremely unhealthy culture. Only good if you suck up to certain HR, the CEO and his cronies if they are ever actually around. They spend so much on unnecessary things & not the employees.
