Pros

Pay and some of your coworkers

Cons

The management team has no clue how to run a facility and only worries about ordering lunch every day. There is absolutely no chance to move up unless you worked for Cargill with everyone else. They care nothing for their employees and run the facility on threats and how much better the Delaware facility is better than Fairless. The building is falling apart. They don’t have proper dust collection. They do not train any employees, they throw you right to the wolves.. The union is an absolute joke and always gives excuses on why they can’t help and cave to management. Would not be surprised if the facility is closed in the next five years
