Little to no training or onboarding. Minimal efforts for NEW employee development. "Figure it out yourself" and "sink or swim" attitude from management Not a team environment Over assigns tasks and responsibilities. Unrealistic expectations for a position that is VERY overwhelming, complicated and stressful. Extremely heavy workload. Managment gossips about personal work situations and is very "click-y". Speaking up puts a target on your back. I was told that I needed to improve and accomplish more of my daily tasks, even when I clearly and repeatedly explained that I needed more training and was overwhelmed. Management showed NO understanding or sympathy to my situation, NOR did they offer more training, suggestions, support, or direction. I was only told to get better, faster, be more efficient. Management had weekly meetings with me where I was criticized, made to feel inferior to other new employees, belittled and ashamed that I was not catching on as quickly as they wanted me to EVEN THOUGH I NEVER RECIEVED PROPER TRAINING! During these meetings I was NEVER told anything positive or encouraging- even when I gave examples of improvement, it was never enough. Over-all this was a disappointing, frustrating and sad experience. Whom ever is reading this please know my main objective is share how unfairly I (and others) were/are treated and how upper management inefficiency runs the Customer Service Supply Chain department. This is in hopes that it doesn't happen to anyone else and improves my past co-workers working environment. Everything I am saying is 100% true and factual.
