      The pros no longer exist. This place is a nightmare.

      Cons

      The German parent company is destroying Morton Salt with their lack of capability and experience. They don't want a global organization, just a German run company where everyone jumps through hoops.

      New office space coming, trying to obtain open work space.

      Cons

      Human Resources is adding positive comments to increase the rating of the company. When a company has to use it HR department to post several times to make them look better, you have a problem.

      There are no longer any pros to working for this company.

      Cons

      Like most honest people are stating in other reviews, company was purchased by stone canyon, who brazenly laid off 40% of the corporate office by picking names out of a hat. Didn’t dawn on these people to at least humanly try some form of attrition to reduce headcount. Their logic was 14% profitability wasn’t good enough, because their vampire business model yields 35% profitability.
