Management and German parent company. Some how while the rest of American business prosper, we are having the worst year ever.

The new building is nice and it is located downtown.

Cons

There are only a few sincere people at the company. Most of the people are like piranhas. Don't get too close or they will attack. Many of the people including management appears nice on the surface but it is a mirage. Upper management is always harping about silos being broken and everyone will be treated equal. It is simply broken promises of rhetoric.

I can't think of any.

Cons

Completely confused senior management vying with each other for responsibilities and power. Confused middle management caught in the shuffle. Inability to objectively assess what is best for the company and fellow employees. Inability to move beyond the desire for change and innovation to actual change and innovation.
