As tarefas vem sem informação, falta um gerente de projetos e o desenvolvedor precisa ficar na tentativa e erro. A empresa precisa implementar um fw como o laravel para evoluir. A coordenação não esculta o funcionario... Somos apenas mais 1 pião ... Gostam de jovens que não questionam nada.... Muito código antigo mal feito, uma verdadeira concha de retalhos. Para o Dev é literalmente um sofrimento fazer qualquer alteração, enfim é bem aquele produto bonito por fora e feio por dentro (risos) . - The tasks come without information, there is no project manager and the developer has to try and error. The company needs to implement a software like Laravel to evolve. The coordination does not listen to the employee... We are just another pawn... They like young people who do not question anything... A lot of old, poorly written code, a real shell of scraps. For the Dev, it is literally a pain to make any changes, in short, it is like that product that is pretty on the outside and ugly on the inside (laughs).
