Pros
You will receive the best, most hands on sales and recruitment training you could get from any company. Larger enterprise companies have too small of a management to entry level ratio, and at startups there is too much work for the managers to do to give enough attention to the entry level people. At Motion it's the perfect in between. Great work hard play hard culture. What you put in, is what you get out of this job.
Cons
The commission structure is not ideal. You will receive commission in the form of a small raise on your base, so you will not see the money at the end of the quarter, but rather over the course of a year.
