-collaborative, team-based environment -premium on training and developing staff internally -surrounded by motivated people -unlimited growth opportunities for those that want it

Cons

-hard work -sales can be stressful and you are not always in total control of the outcomes -recruiting in general doesnt have the most pristine reputation, so often times you are lumped into the category with other recruiters
