      Pros

      I recently came back on the team with Motion after leaving back in 2018. I was given the opportunity to come back and hit the ground running and couldnt be happier. There arent other agencies that have such strong specializations around their tech/market quite like we do here. On top of that, the team here is like a family, in the best way possible. They welcomed me back with open arms, we sharpened up my process and it feels good to be recruiting again. I'd recommend this company to those who are looking to get their foot in the door in recruiting (their training program is unmatched) as well as seasoned recruiters who want to feel like their work MATTERS!

      Pros

      Training: I started at motion with minimal sales experience and zero recruiting experience. Motion will provide you with all the resources you need to succeed. Weekly and custom training provided from day one until you're running an office. Office Culture: The ups and downs of staffing can really rock your world if you don't have a strong support system. I've met some of the best people at this job with all different kinds of personalities.

      Cons

      Like many others it took us a pandemic to realize we could do this job from home :) Luckily though we are a company that can adapt quickly and we did just that. We've been able to keep our strong training model, hold onto our strong culture and still produce while being remote.

      From Day 1, you are set up in a hands-on training environment that was built by Motion Recruitment. Every employee and seat has a clear trajectory of growth plans and when you will be promoted as well as what other positions are available for you. Along with promotion and growth is the opportunity to move to a different region since Motion is expanding so much! Very team focused and driven work culture with a lot of perks and benefits. If you are looking for a career where you are truly recognized for your hard work -- Motion Recruitment is it!

      Only con right now is not being in the office due to the pandemic.
