      Leaving for another job at any other company

      Cons

      Fraternizing, Poor Management, Zero Work Life Balance if you want to "succeed", unhelpful HR team, and terrible base pay with limited commision opportunities. You can make so much more money at any other agency if you are looking to get into recruiting. I never said anything but I felt my coworkers were racist?

      If you have thick skin and can handle getting yelled at then its a good place to learn before going to a company internally or other staffing who can pay

      Toxic culture, no Work life balance. Guilt you for taking off
