Fine place to start out career and learn about the workings of the industry.

Cons

POOR management training following a cookie cutter method. Company thrives on micromanagement and making sure their employees never think they are doing well. They prey on recent university grads explaining this is the best career opportunity, when in reality it's a toxic working environment with very little paths to learn. Real blow to confidence here.

-Everyone is around your age / right out of college -Make friends easily -Good training for sales and recruiting

Cons

-Have to find your own clients by old school sales tactics. No leads given - No commission until you become a team lead which takes a year or longer usually - everyone hooks up and dates each other, not professional. - Literally 0 training for management. It was like toddlers running around managing babies
