Super flexible - zero metrics. You'll go days/weeks/months not hearing from management. You do the job your way, because there is absolutely zero direction provided. And zero quality control. Just go get the job done.

Cons

The chaos of 1000 employees all doing things their own way is a problem. It extends beyond the revenue generating roles - HR, compliance, etc - it's all a mess.
