Cons

Be prepared to be gaslit, never able to take PTO, and be miserable. Management creates a culture of fear, exclusion, and doesn’t actually care about their employees. MICROMANAGEMENT is wild - be ready to be treated like a 5 year old

This place is micromanagement central. 3 meetings A DAY, everyday. Management does a LOT of handholding and does not trust their employee. Not hitting your numbers? Be ready to get dogged on all week. They recently mandated no headphones in the office. Just overall really poor management and a belittling environment. Oh and the base salary is a joke. 40K to start, what a joke

Decent training for cold calls right out of University. Give you structure to your days.

Cons

Toxic mill. Attrition rates are quite high. If you aren't a top performer they push you out quickly. Their commission structure is absolutely atrocious. You don't get anything until you do 10 deals with the company (Around 250k+ in sales rev). Takes 3 months to get your commissions afterwards. Oh and the commissions rating is 5% so you are competing for pennies while your manager reaps the lion share of profits
