Low pay, no mobility, no commission for ten deals. High turnover

Lots of cons. Main takeaway, this company is full of immature young managers with anger issues. I'm not exaggerating either. My manager cussed me out while I was on my first phone call. Yeah, you can argue that I sounded bad on the phone, but that's not the way to train someone to do better. My manager would also talk out loud about his abusive father in the middle of the office. Maturity and management training is seriously lacking. You can do better elsewhere. I learned after moving on that you don't need to be verbally abusive to move up in your career.
