Lots of resources within the company to ask for help and guidance - they do care about helping you identify your weaknesses and giving you tools to overcome them. Also 4.5 day work week is nice.

Cons

Favoritism definitely exists in the office. In order to be really successful starting out in this role, you have to put in a good amount of overtime hours. Those who have been there long enough have a book of clients that they can continue to bill with but you have to hit 10 deals to be a Senior and see commission (which usually takes upwards of a year).

Pros

Motion gives you all the tools you need for success: comprehensive training, CRM, marketing tools, and support from your manager, mentor and team. I love that there is a focus to give back to the IT community with Tech in Motion and the Timmy Awards. The benefits package is great. Am so glad to be part of the Motion team, and excited to continue to grow within the company.

Cons

This is not really a con, but there are so many tools it's a little overwhelming at first.
