Pros

Flexible hours, potential remote options, young energetic atmosphere

Cons

You are constantly overworked, and underpaid at 40k for your first year. The commission structure is almost a pyramid scheme, making a deal and racking in revenue for the company will result in your salary going up by 1000 but your manager and team leads making 8-10x this in commission. The leadership is made up of all-star, macho salesmen who have made the Boston office the #1 branch in the company, but they cannot kinder an appropriate environment to train new employees. There is no HR department at any branch, so it is a running joke to yell for HR when someone does something unprofessional or inappropriate, which happens everyday. As for workplace equality, the environment is not friendly to women. Thee office and leadership consist of 90% men and only attractive women are hired. Many women in leadership are trodden on and disregarded on their opinions which is conducive to a toxic environment. As soon as you stop making money for your manager, there is no room for mistakes or slow months, so you will be fired. When I was fired there were no HR reps present, and there is no professionalism at Motion Recruitment. You will be over worked, underpaid, disrespected, and incredibly stressed. They will tell you it is for skills development, and that you'll get a "7 figure mindset". All that you will actually receive is pennies for compensation, and hardened arteries from constantly being stressed. I could not dissuade any potential news employees enough from working here. If this is an entry level job for you, you will be taken advantage of and that is the foundation of their model. Do not work here
