Pros

Free lunch, great atmosphere, good pay

Cons

This company could careless who you are. They will feed you a bunch a bull and then pull the rug out from under you. The CEO only cares about himself and had no intentions of scaling a freight brokerage. I would not even waste your time. You will be unemployed in 6 months upon being hired.

Pros

Some of the smartest and kindest people I have worked with. Unfortunately this doesn't make up for the chaotic and self-serving C Level Leadership.

Cons

People Ops a mess, requires hard re-set. Cruelly deceptive top-tier leadership. Employees hounded to give 5 star reviews despite the reality here.

Pros

-remote -blue collar clients (less red tape)

Cons

Challenging environment with unrealistic expectations and unclear product-market fit Lots of internal changes lately. The product still faces significant reliability issues, especially in the core compliance offering, which clients often question. The market feels oversaturated, and differentiation is thin. They recently dissolved the dedicated CSM team, so the bulk of the workload now involves support triage, post-sale tasks, and chasing down product fixes—on top of sales responsibilities. Quotas are extremely aggressive (think 7-figure range), and falling short for even a quarter or two can put you at risk. Territories shift frequently, so stability is limited. There’s also a heavy emphasis on travel—expectation is four on-site trips per quarter, regardless of region or deal stage. Plenty of smart people trying hard, but the foundation feels shaky.
