      A small percentage of people who worked there were competent and aware. However, they all left so...

      The executive team is out of touch and only concerned with the bottom line/how they can benefit and make the most money; the CEO only cares about himself and gives empty apology/promises; the diversity is a smoke and mirrors; nonexistent work-life balance; underpaid and was promised bonuses that were never received, etc

      Free lunches. Unlimited PTO. Big Promises

      Cons

      Lets be honest. The CEO hired 200+ employees to build the 2nd fastest growing freight brokerage in history, with many promises from the CEO that we will build the largest 3PL in the country. Every single one of these employees bought into the dream and worked very hard to make this happen. Turns out, it wasn't the CEO's plan the entire time. He let every person in the company go with 0 notice. I do not believe that I need to say much more.

      Pros

      You will learn a lot and it is great way to gain a lot of experience

      Cons

      Work load is unmanageable, from day 2 you will be assigned projects with no training and expected to deliver right away. Everyone is extremely stressed out and you will have non stop back to back meetings starting in week 1. Be expected to work +10 hours days and feel lucky if you have a moment to relax on your lunch break.
