We’re certainly sorry to hear this was your experience at KeepTruckin. We’ll be the first to admit that there is always room for improvement and we’re working hard on clarifying career growth paths for all employees in all departments. We also pride ourselves on being a workplace rooted in respect and I hate to hear that you experienced anything less than that during your time at KeepTruckin. If you’d like to discuss further, please don’t hesitate to reach out opendoor@keeptruckin.com - Ron Storn, Chief People Officer

GAMBLER OF A CEO

Pros

Pay and free lunch is all I have.

Cons

"Money is King" as the KeepTruckin CEO would call it. During this pandemic, he praises every dollar that comes in and have lost sight of what's important - his employees. He doesn't bat an eye when it comes to axing out a few, if not ALL of his revenue generating employees if you don't close million dollar deals right off the bat. He decided to opt out of all account executives and keep the account representative that weren't doing things ethically. I accepted this opportunity with KeepTruckin believing that our mission was for our people; clearly, I was wrong. Your job at KeepTruckin is not safe - he will lay you off after 3 months. They should have an option for their employees to be SEASONAL WORKERS. Good luck having 1 employee in marketing - you'll need all the marketing as your rates and reviews get lower by the day.
