Declining Culture and Company

Pros

Worked with some truly smart and kind individuals. The benefits and pay were decent. The product and services are great contributions to fleet and transportation management efforts.

Cons

No work life balance and constant disrespect of boundaries. I'm not sure that leadership is very financially or business savvy which has led to multiple layoffs. Turnover rate is incredibly high even before the layoffs. Constant excuse of "we are a start up" for poor practices all around despite company being around for 10 years. Diversity is only prioritized to check the box, beyond that don't expect much support.
