Pros
-KeepTruckin is a great place for reps that want a flexible environment to use whatever process that works best for them. Management has high expectations of everyone, but they don't spend all day looking over your shoulder to make sure you are using the correct email template. They are there to make recommendations on how to best approach challenging accounts. -Everyone that works here has a clear understanding of the ultimate goal of the company. There is a sense of urgency that creates a busy atmosphere in the office, but never combative. Each department is constantly communicating challenges & offering solutions to each other. There is a lot of respect amongst peers and everyone is treated like an adult. -There is a wild amount of demand for the product in this space. It's incredibly easy to use in a market that doesn't often produce user-friendly technology. The opportunity for reps to put up big numbers is there.
Cons
-Flexibility comes at the cost of formal processes. Right now the team is more focused on finding out what works & doesn't work for different operations, before settling on more established systems as we grow.
