      - Smart, humble, hungry co-founders: there are plenty of smart C-level folks in the startup space, but most are purely money driven and could care less about their team. these guys are different. they care about the team, have integrity, listen to ideas and of course want to win! - Strong product roadmap and quick execution by product - Lots to do, plenty of processes to build

      Cons

      - Fastest growth in employee heads I've ever seen, which leads to a big gap in institutional knowledge - Plenty of processes to build (a con for those averse to startups)

      This company is comprised of the most collaborative, intelligent, and results-driven people I have ever worked with in my career. The product was built from the ground up to address important needs in the market - putting customer experience above everything else. That's a powerful combination.

      Rapid growth means developing new processes as we go.

      rapidly growing diverse team (in many ways) excellent earning opportunity fascinating industry/customer base buy in from upper management benefits package autonomy

      none aside from having to create new processes sometimes - and if you don't want to do that you probably shouldn't work for a start up
