      Professional but improvement needed for the management

      Pros

      Very professional with high quality of work, has a sound reputation internationally. Nice office environment. Major projects.

      Cons

      Management needs more training to act better leaders, they don't seem to communicate very well and lack of openness/transparency in all areas. Also, it is not a real 'employee owned' company as it's only owned by about 20% of the staff at the moment (certain grades and above management only), this should be offered to all employees.

      Pros

      Good culture. Nice people. Can buy and sell annual leave - which is good for people who value time over money. Good IT system - no phones!

      Cons

      Employee ownership is limited to those in senior management, so only a minority of the company owns shares, and it is not clear how one makes it to the grade to get the opportunity to become a share owner.
