      Pros

      Good projects will keep you busy and engaged International environment and exposure but you need to grab opportunity

      Cons

      Hire and Fire policy When projects are there you are there otherwise bye bye No significant increments in salary unless market is really good also connections with superiors helps Talks lot about ethics and all but in reality nil Relations with bosses matters a lot especially if you got good relations with Divisional director or similar

      Good opportunities to travel and exposure to diverse, interesting projects. Staff are encouraged to contribute to improving the company. Doesn't feel too corporate. Flexible benefits.

      Cons

      Employee ownership and profit sharing limited to top few. Conservative outlook on promotion. Ageist. Historically slow in investing in technology and office environment. Very limited training available for staff.
