Pros

. There are skilled and talented co-workers who you can learn from. . lnteresting projects. . 37.5 hours/week and if you work more, you can either get time in lieu or be paid for overtime. . Good training programmes. . Good benefit package with up to 45 days of annual leave.

Cons

. Management leaves a lot to be desired. . There is some tension between different divisions and even sub-divisions, which is something difficult to understand. Rather than working as one company, they compete against each other.

In certain parts of the business one has the flexibility to work from office or home when needed for personal circumstances. Good in giving the possibility to access training.

Cons

Too bureaucratic and process oriented: it is not good in recognizing and rewarding performers. Lately targets where given without tools to achieve them.
