Pros
Large international organisation which allows you to transfer and move around with relative ease. It is filled with friendly people so work environments are often quite relaxed. The company also has diverse clients which allow you to gain experience in a number of sectors.
Cons
As with many large companies the different divisions don't always work together collaboratively. The company is very heavily influenced by its engineering roots so if you are employed in areas outside of engineering you are likely to feel alienated from the larger part of the business.
