Good people but no growth and low pay

There are some good people here and there, it is safe, it was a nice company at the beginning of my employment before things went downhill

Cons

No opportunities for growth, micromanagement, timesheet issues, low pay, cutting away benefits for employees while bragging that revenue grows, poor internal mobility

Pros

Great group of staff to work with in my group.

Cons

Management has been loosing touch with staff and focussing on large project pursuits and billable hours while cutting back on staff benefits. Was a great culture under Nick Denicholo but has drastically declined since his retirement.

Cons

Company has changed in recent years from a collaborative approach to being driven top-down, with lots of new arrivals from other firms.
