Pros

The company provides everything you need to work and free seltzers. You can get a variety of projects to keep things interesting and learn new things. Hybrid schedules are offered depending on experience. Pay is good.

Cons

You can learn new things, but expectations are very high for the length of time to become an expert. The company can lay you off with no notice depending on the labor laws in the US (right to work laws). Clear communication is encouraged, but not when it comes to suggesting you need to start looking for work elsewhere. There is no severance pay, so it puts you in a tough situation to bounce back from
